Our Founder
ProAdvisorCoach founder Rich Campe's journey began with a life-changing encounter with coaching in 1987. This experience revolutionized his outlook on business, life, relationships, and finances. Inspired by Tony Robbins, he became a certified coach in 1991.
Driven by enthusiasm, Campe launched his coaching business at 21. However, he soon realized the value of real-world business experience. He pivoted to the tech industry, thriving while continuing to learn from other coaches. A decade later, armed with experience, proven success, and financial resources, he revisited his dream. “This time I had business experience, demonstrated success — and cash and time to invest.”
Campe's vision was to create a unique approach, combining advising, consulting, and coaching for long-term, sustainable transformations. ProAdvisorCoach delivers tangible results and a clear ROI for clients. The vision is flourishing.
